Our rustic white is a 1kg boule made with levain. 90% Wheat flour, 10% Whole Wheat flour. It has a thin chewy crust with a soft open crumb. Great for sandwiches or dinner parties and will keep for up to a week. Try it the next morning toasted and your favorite egg dish.
Thick golden brown crust with a soft yellow crumb. 70% Semolina, 30% Wheat flour, topped with toasted sesame seeds. Slightly sweeter flavor.
